Cancelations/Returns
Because we carry products from multiple manufacturers, return eligibility, warranty coverage, and restocking fees may vary by brand or product. Any product-specific policies listed on the product page or provided before purchase will take precedence over this general policy.
Returns
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, products must:
- Be in like-new condition
- Include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and components
- Be free from damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or neglect
- Include proof of purchase
All returned merchandise is inspected upon receipt before a refund is approved.
Return Shipping
Unless the return is the result of our error or a defective product covered under warranty, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Oversized or freight-shipped products may require specialized return transportation. Any applicable freight charges or manufacturer-imposed return costs may be deducted from the refund where permitted.
Restocking Fees
Certain products, particularly oversized or freight-shipped items, may be subject to manufacturer-specific restocking fees.
If a restocking fee applies, it will be disclosed on the applicable product page or communicated before your order is finalized.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return unless otherwise required by law:
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items
- Personalized or custom-built products
- Consumable products
- Opened supplements
- Water treatment chemicals and maintenance supplies
- Hygiene-related products once opened or used
- Products damaged through misuse, abuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include your order number along with photos of the product and packaging.
When applicable, we will repair, replace, or refund the product in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty and our policies.
Order Cancellations
Orders canceled before shipment are subject to a 3% payment processing fee to cover non-refundable payment processing costs.
Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the applicable return policy.
Custom-built, made-to-order, or special-order products may not be eligible for cancellation once production has begun.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or denial of your refund.
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days and issued to the original method of payment.
Depending on your financial institution, additional processing time may be required before funds appear in your account.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a verified product defect.
Return Authorization Required
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team before sending any product back.
Returns submitted without prior authorization may be refused.
Once your return request has been approved, we will provide complete return instructions and any required Return Authorization (RA) information.
